Test Methodology 测试方法

我们买回并实测每一双跑鞋,从六个维度客观打分(0~10)。测试方法参考中国国家标准(GB/T)与国标测试方法(ISO、ASTM、SATRA)的通用做法。以下是每个维度的测试方法与评分标准。

We buy and lab-test every running shoe, scoring six dimensions on a 0-10 scale. Our methods follow the common practices of Chinese national standards (GB/T) and international standards (ISO, ASTM, SATRA). Below are the methods and scoring criteria for each dimension.

缓震 Cushioning

测试方法 Method

采用落锤冲击试验,模拟足部着地时的冲击载荷,测量鞋底材料的冲击衰减率(Shock Attenuation)与能量回馈率,评估鞋底吸收落地冲击的能力;并结合长距离实测,评估中底泡棉在持续负载下的缓震保持性。

A drop-weight impact test simulates the landing impact; we measure the shock attenuation rate and energy return of the midsole to evaluate impact absorption. Long-distance wear tests are also run to assess cushioning retention under sustained load.

评分标准 Criteria

冲击衰减率越高、能量回馈越强、长距离后缓震保持越好,分数越高。

Higher shock attenuation, stronger energy return, and better cushioning retention over long distances earn higher scores.

稳定 Stability

测试方法 Method

测量中底与后跟的侧向硬度,并评估鞋身的抗扭转性能;结合跑动中足部内翻角度的观察,判断鞋子对过度内旋的控制与支撑能力。

We measure the lateral firmness of the midsole and heel and assess torsional rigidity; we also observe foot pronation during running to judge how well the shoe controls overpronation and provides support.

评分标准 Criteria

侧向支撑越扎实、越能帮助控制过度内翻,分数越高。

Firmer lateral support and better overpronation control earn higher scores.

抓地 Grip

测试方法 Method

在标准测试面上测量鞋底与地面的动/静摩擦系数;并在柏油路、塑胶跑道、湿滑路面进行实测,评估不同条件下的抓地与防滑表现。

We measure the dynamic/static coefficient of friction between the outsole and a standard test surface, then conduct real-world tests on asphalt, track, and wet surfaces to evaluate grip and slip resistance.

评分标准 Criteria

多种路面上抓地越稳、湿滑路面防滑越好,分数越高。

More consistent grip across surfaces and better wet slip resistance earn higher scores.

耐久 Durability

测试方法 Method

进行外底耐磨试验(测量磨耗量)与鞋底耐折试验(反复屈挠);结合累计里程实测,观察外底磨损、中底塌陷与鞋面破损情况。

We run outsole abrasion tests (measuring material loss) and flex-fatigue tests (repeated bending), plus cumulative-mileage wear tests to observe outsole wear, midsole compression set, and upper damage.

评分标准 Criteria

磨耗量越小、耐折性能越好、累计里程后结构保持越完整,分数越高。

Less abrasion, better flex resistance, and better structural integrity after high mileage earn higher scores.

舒适 Comfort

测试方法 Method

主观实测:评估鞋面透气性、包裹贴合度、鞋楦宽容度,以及鞋舌、后跟的舒适度,并记录从新鞋到合脚所需的磨合期长短。

Subjective wear testing: we evaluate upper breathability, fit and lockdown, toebox width, tongue/heel comfort, and record the break-in period needed.

评分标准 Criteria

透气越好、包裹越舒适、磨合期越短,分数越高。

Better breathability, more comfortable fit, and a shorter break-in period earn higher scores.

重量 Weight

测试方法 Method

称量单只鞋(男款 US9 / 女款 US8)的实际重量,精确到 0.1g,作为重量维度评分的依据。

We weigh a single shoe (men's US9 / women's US8) to 0.1 g accuracy, which forms the basis of the weight score.

评分标准 Criteria

重量越轻,分数越高。

Lighter shoes earn higher scores.
